Farming just got a lot more satisfying. After you finish a harvest, nearby merchants and shopkeepers will actually come to you.
When an NPC spots goods in your inventory that their village needs, they’ll walk over and make an offer. A gold indicator floats above their head as they approach so you know exactly why they’re coming. The offer is context-aware — a village short on grain will pay more than one that’s already well-stocked.
You’re never locked in. You can accept, decline, or simply ignore the NPC and they’ll move on. There’s no pressure, just a more natural back-and-forth between you and the people around you.
This change makes the farming loop feel complete. You plant, tend, harvest — and the world responds. You don’t have to break rhythm by trekking across the map to find a buyer. The buyer finds you.
Watch for the gold coin icon above NPC heads after your next big harvest.
